Health and Safety Inspections 

During the months of October and March, all residence hall rooms and apartments are inspected as part of our health and safety inspections to address any health, safety, sanitation, and/or maintenance issues.

The goals of Health and Safety inspections are:

To ensure a safe, clean, and healthy living space & to ensure no policy violations are present

Preparing for Health and Safety Inspections

• In preparing for health and safety inspections please ensure:
  • There should be a clear pathway to all doors
  • Trash and recyclables should have been taken out of the room/apartment.
  • All spaces should be clean
